No, we are not a done-for-you job search agency. While we do share job postings inside Code Career Mastery, our primary goal is to equip you with the proven tools and processes to maximize your visibility, increase interviews and maximize interview performance and confidence for the rest of your career.
You can expect to see a significant increase in interview activity within the first several weeks of your time investment in Code Career Mastery. Results vary, are not typical and rely on individual effort, time, and skill, as well as unknown conditions and other factors.
No, we only work with coders that have at least 1-2 years of experience in their coding journey. This does not have to be professionanal experience, but if you're brand new to coding, you do not meet the qualifications for Code Career Mastery.
We work with all kinds of coders including: Web Developers, Full Stack Developers, Front End Developers, Game Developers and QA Developers. If you're specialty is not on this list, reach out to us. We do not work with non-coding IT specialties like Cyber Security, Database Administration or General IT Administration. However, if you're looking to move into coding from one of these fields, reach out.
Code Career Mastery is designed to work with your busy schedule. There are 2-3 hours of groups calls per week split into multiple sessions, each session is recorded and posted so you can review if you're not able to join. Your networking and interview prep efforts will vary from week to week, but we recommend you set aside at least 1-2 hours per day to spend on the process.
